Clifford "Mark" Staggs, SA, has more than 30 years in many aspects of the maritime industry.  During his career in the United States Coast Guard he served as Supervisor of several US Coast Guard offices, Shipboard Navigator, Boat Operator, Sail Maker, Fishing Vessel Safety Examiner, and Inspector and Marine Casualty Investigator.  He has also served as Harbormaster and Marina Manager for a coastal Maine community. 2003 Downeast Marine Surveying
